Overview

The Director, Corporate Development & Investor Relations is a high-impact role reporting to the CFO, responsible for leading initiatives across Investor Relations, Corporate Development, and Corporate Strategy.

In Short

• Own the quarterly earnings process and investor presentations.
• Shape the company’s investor relations narrative.
• Develop materials for investor conferences and board meetings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience including investment banking and investor relations.
• Experience in Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development preferred.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and capital markets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
