Senior Director, Corporate Development & Investor Relations - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director, Corporate Development & Investor Relations is a new high-impact, cross-functional leadership role reporting to Eventbrite’s Chief Financial Officer. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and force multiplier for the CFO, leading initiatives across Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations.

In Short

• Own the quarterly earnings process, including messaging and presentations.
• Shape the company’s investor relations narrative.
• Develop materials for investor conferences and board meetings.
• Track investor sentiment and market trends.
• Create a strategy for expanding the investor base.
• Drive the company’s long-term corporate strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience, including investment banking and investor relations experience.
• Experience in Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development preferred.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and corporate finance.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Experience managing high-performing teams.
