Overview

Eurofins BPT is seeking a results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on facility validation and environmental monitoring solutions for the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries.

In Short

• Achieve/exceed annual revenue target for facility validation and environmental monitoring service lines.
• Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for facility validation services.
• Work independently and with field sales team to execute in-person client meetings.
• Own and manage the sales activities of the business lines.
• Serve as subject matter expert in facility validation and environmental monitoring.
• Partner with Business Unit leaders to understand laboratory capabilities.
• Understand client scientific, regulatory, and business needs.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in life sciences, environmental sciences, or business administration.
• A minimum of 3 years of directly relevant sales experience.
• Experience with biopharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel at least 40% of the time.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely.
