Overview

The EMM Compliance Manager is responsible for coaching and mentoring staff while serving as an advisor to operations, ensuring adherence to environmental monitoring and management (EMM) compliance standards. Reporting directly to the Sr VP Risk and Compliance, with a dotted line to the COO, Risk & Compliance, and VP EMM, this role is designed to provide oversight and strategic guidance rather than direct operational execution. The Compliance Manager develops and implements compliance programs, audits equipment usage, ensures regulatory adherence, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement in environmental compliance.

Requirements

• Competency in EMM concepts (BWON/LDAR).
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Environmental Sciences preferred.
• Greater than 5 years related experience.
• Strong PC Skills with MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify problems.
• Must be willing to travel and work extended hours.
• Safety-oriented attitude is a must.
• Must be reliable with reliable transportation.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
