Overview

The Innovation and Environmental Transition Manager will leverage their expertise in various projects in the tertiary and public sectors, both in France and internationally, to contribute to sustainable future initiatives.

In Short

• Act as the Innovation reference for the subsidiary, promoting a culture of innovation.
• Implement innovation strategies in key projects alongside operational teams.
• Develop and execute the subsidiary's innovation roadmap aligned with Group objectives.
• Maintain the Innovation Book, documenting practices and achievements.
• Participate in the Innovation network of EGIS's Energy & Sustainable City division.
• Contribute to the CIR network, managing relationships with consultants.
• Conduct technological monitoring on innovative topics and collaborate with educational institutions.
• Integrate EGIS's ecodesign framework into project bids and execution.
• Produce and share project experience reports for continuous improvement.
• Ensure technical and regulatory monitoring on environmental topics.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, building, environmental sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction or building engineering.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable construction practices.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
