Overview

The HR and Payroll Administrator will provide professional Payroll and HR administration support on a wide range of Human Resources matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law.

In Short

  • Provide recruitment administrative support.
  • Manage new starter administration processes.
  • Prepare monthly payroll documentation.
  • Respond to payroll queries.
  • Manage HR shared inbox.
  • Process resignations and leaver processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding and Right to Work checks.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC payroll requirements.
  • Support managers with onboarding queries.
  • Process third-party invoices.

Requirements

  • Experienced HR administrator with payroll bias.
  • Experience with 3rd party payroll management.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of HMRC payroll requirements.
  • Understanding of employment law.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent is desirable.
  • Experience in benefits administration is a plus.
