Overview

This position involves working as a Scientist or Alternative Practitioner in field sales, focusing on complementary medicine lab diagnostics in the NRW region.

In Short

• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer sales
• Presentation of the company and laboratory diagnostic spectrum
• Act as a link between the laboratory and therapist
• Support and advise existing customers
• Close collaboration with back office and marketing
• Representation and networking at congresses and training sessions
• Maintain customer data using CRM systems

Requirements

• Scientific or therapeutic education and/or sales experience in complementary medicine
• Ideally, experience in customer support at a laboratory focusing on complementary medicine
• Interest in medical topics and their interconnections
• Knowledge of general and specific laboratory diagnostics
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and trustworthiness
• Willingness to perform and work in a team
• Persistence and friendly tenacity
• Driver's license Class B
• Willingness to travel
• Proficient in MS Office applications
