Overview

The Certification Audit Program Coordinator at Eurofins Scientific is responsible for managing client onboarding and scheduling audits, ensuring efficient communication and documentation throughout the audit process.

In Short

• Plan audits 6 – 12 months in advance
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Create proposals for clients as needed
• Manage audit schedules and confirmations
• Ensure timely receipt of post-audit reports
• Analyze customer data for trends
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality
• Document customer interactions and issues
• Participate in auditor update meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• BS degree in food-related field or relevant experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Experience in audit and certification scheduling preferred
• HACCP Training, PCQI preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and disciplined in documentation
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Problem-solving abilities
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely
