Overview

The Commercial Support Co-ordinator plays a vital role in providing support to the commercial team, ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting account managers in various operational tasks.

In Short

• Provide day-to-day commercial support to Account Managers.
• Respond to customer service issues and inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve customer invoice queries.
• Enter and manage data in LIMs.
• Ensure documentation amendments are made promptly.
• Assist in quality investigations and reporting.
• Facilitate internal and external team meetings.
• Produce management data for customer queries.
• Track subcontractor invoicing and compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and policy adherence.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in customer query management.
• Knowledge of case file management procedures.
• Experience with LIMs and Q-Pulse is preferred.
• Understanding of contract requirements is a plus.
