• Be involved in developing and deploying the skills development plan.
• Manage relationships with managers and training organizations.
• Contribute to the creation of an online training catalog.
• Lead and monitor performance and development review campaigns.

• Ensure HR reporting and participate in projects to improve HR practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in training management.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially advanced Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Team spirit, responsiveness, and adaptability in a versatile environment.
