Business Development Manager - Non-Sterile Drug Product Development - Remote

Overview

Eurofins CDMO is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to support growth in non-sterile drug product development and manufacturing, focusing on client portfolio expansion and project management.

In Short

• Manage and expand client portfolio in Europe.
• Focus on early-phase development projects for chemical and biological compounds.
• Represent the CDMO division at conferences and workshops.
• Benchmark offerings against competitors.
• Collaborate with Technical Business Managers and Business Unit Managers.
• Travel extensively (50% of the time).
• Work primarily from the Ghent site with collaboration across other locations.
• Engage in personal development through on-the-job learning and training.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in drug product development sales.

Requirements

• Graduated with a scientific degree (Engineer, MSc, PhD).
• Experience in selling formulation and drug product development services.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of drug development requirements.
• Good communication skills and a dynamic personality.
• Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French, Dutch/Flemish, or German is a plus.
