Overview

The Product & Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the product/service portfolio, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to drive business growth.

• Experienced in classic product management and cross-functional business development.
• Manage and develop the product/service portfolio including innovation and re-launch.
• Expand existing customer base and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop strategies and tactics for products & services.

• Conduct potential assessments and evaluate sales opportunities.
• Act as a liaison with HQ Category Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance.

Requirements

• Completed business or technical degree relevant to the position.
• Experience in a similar role.
• High level of initiative, motivation, flexibility, and goal orientation.
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor.
• Good knowledge of common Google applications.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Fluent in German (native or C2) and English (C1).
