Trading Compliance Manager - Remote

Overview

As the Trading Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) and the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). You will play a critical role in managing compliance related to Market Abuse, Personal Transactions, Portfolio Management Services, and Advice Services. Your expertise will help safeguard the firm's operations and uphold our commitment to regulatory excellence.

In Short

• Ensure adherence to MiFID and MiCA requirements.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements.
• Develop systems to detect and prevent market abuse.
• Conduct surveillance of trading activities.
• Oversee personal transactions of employees.
• Ensure compliance of portfolio management and advisory services.
• Develop compliance training programs.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with other departments on compliance matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or trading role.
• Knowledge of MiFID and MiCA regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic SQL skill is a plus but not required.
