Ethos is looking for an experienced Sales Manager, Final Expense to lead a team in our growing Consumer Sales organization, managing 10-15 Life Insurance Agents in a fully remote setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in B2C inside sales leadership.
• 4 years in the telesales insurance industry in management.
• 2-5 years managing a Final Expense telesales team.
• Track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coaching on complex sales processes.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
