Overview

The Head of Marketing at Ethena will be responsible for shaping and executing Ethena’s marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, community engagement, and product adoption.

• Take ownership of all of Ethena’s Marketing initiatives
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy
• Elevate Ethena’s products across all channels
• Assist with go-to-market marketing strategy for Ethena Network apps
• Write content for Ethena blog posts and launch announcements
• Collaborate with designers to enhance branding and marketing materials
• Maintain a marketing calendar and content pipeline
• Act as a mentor/advisor to ecosystem teams
• Organize and host community events
• Work with partners to build community engagement

Requirements

• Extensive experience in marketing sectors in Tech or Finance
• Proven track record in brand growth and user acquisition in crypto
• Deep understanding of crypto industry trends
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience with graphic design tools like Figma
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
