Esri Canada has an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Technical Solutions Specialist to join our Public Works department.

In Short

• Support national sales efforts in the Public Works Solutions vertical.
• Promote and demonstrate Trimble Cityworks & Unity solutions.
• Provide GIS technical advice to clients and prospects.
• Lead technical sales engineering projects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Support pre-sales activities, including presentations and proposals.
• Provide post-sales support and training.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
• Participate in industry events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical solutions role.
• Experience with ArcGIS and Trimble Cityworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
