Overview

The Major Account Executive (MAE) is responsible for managing and selling to specific major accounts within assigned territories, achieving defined sales objectives while serving the needs of partners, customers, and the company.

In Short

  • Develop and manage sales strategy for assigned accounts.
  • Research and qualify prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with leadership and marketing for sales facilitation.
  • Travel to customers and healthcare events as needed.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in account management and demand generation.
  • Ability to understand client needs in the healthcare market.
  • Strong business acumen in healthcare operations.
  • Experience in prospecting and identifying decision makers.
  • Proficiency in developing presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage Salesforce.com opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively under ambiguity.
