Overview

The Executive Vice President, Commercial (EVP) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the commercial strategy and revenue growth of the North America organization.

In Short

  • Develop company’s commercial strategy and align priorities to strategic objectives.
  • Model market engagement by visiting customers with the sales team.
  • Drive adherence to sales processes informed by KPIs.
  • Ensure profitability targets are met through pricing frameworks.
  • Identify market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and operations.
  • Oversee sales operations and set performance targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Implement systems to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize data analytics for decision-making and performance measurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive commercial team leadership experience.
  • Strategic thought leader with vision and execution capability.
  • Experience with sales process adherence and activity expectations.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Two-step IT distribution channel experience preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, commercial, industrial, and education markets preferred.
  • Must have minimum of $200M revenue or P&L responsibility experience.
  • Strong leadership presence with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience with digital transformation and CRM systems is a plus.
