Overview

PrimeVigilance is seeking a Medical Information Associate to support the Medical Information team by handling adverse event and medical inquiries in Polish and English.

In Short

  • Provide approved responses to medical enquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients.
  • Document and report adverse events and product quality complaints accurately.
  • Track and document all medical information inquiries in the database.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and metrics.
  • Assist in regulatory inspection preparedness and participate in audits.

Requirements

  • Healthcare-related degree in life sciences (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing).
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Comfortable handling inquiries by phone.
  • Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced English and Polish skills (C1 equivalent).
