The Associate Director of Medical Information plays a critical role in managing client relationships and overseeing the Medical Information Contact Center team, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely information to healthcare professionals and patients.

Requirements

• Master of Science (MSc) in Life Sciences or healthcare.
• Five years of experience in Medical Information or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of Medical Information industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMA and local regulations.
• Experience in planning and delivering training programs.
• Fluency in English and one or more European languages preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and telephony systems.
• Positive attitude and strong ethical standards.
