Associate Medical Director - Remote

Overview

CMEsquared is seeking an Associate Medical Director to assist in creating grants for funding and content for funded activities, under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer. The role will involve collaboration with internal team members and external faculty to create grants and activities based on approval of funding.

In Short

• Collaborate with VP of educational development to create grants for funding.
• Write multiple focused needs assessments/grants weekly.
• Coordinate and review grant submission sections according to supporters’ requirements.
• Assist in preparation of grant template documents.
• Identify Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Call for Grant Applications (CGAs).
• Partner with faculty to create high-quality content for medical education activities.
• Coordinate, review, and finalize slide presentations.
• Work on multiple formats and disease areas every week.
• Analyze activity outcomes data to identify educational uptake.
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• Advanced medical or science degree preferred or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations overseeing medical education.
• Experience working with faculty experts.
• Experience writing needs assessments.
• Solid editorial skills and capability to adapt style based on audience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Positive communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comprehensive understanding of AMA Style Guide.
• Proven success in creating pre and post test questions.
