Overview

The Medical Information Associate will support the Medical Information team by handling initial adverse event and medical information inquiries in English, primarily for US customers.

In Short

  • Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from US customers.
  • Document and report adverse events and product quality complaints.
  • Track and document medical information inquiries accurately.
  • Participate in out-of-hours provision of medical information services.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and metrics.
  • Assist in regulatory inspection preparedness for pharmacovigilance systems.

Requirements

  • Life science or biomedical background (degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing).
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Comfortable handling inquiries by phone.
  • Ability to work US hours and perform out-of-hours service if required.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced English skills, both verbal and written.
