Overview

The Senior Pharmacovigilance Physician I will review and approve post-marketing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reports, supporting the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance and ensuring safety assessments are conducted effectively.
