Senior Pharmacovigilance Physician I - Remote

Overview

The Senior Pharmacovigilance (PV) Physician I is responsible for medical review of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), writing and/or reviewing signal detection reports, and mentoring junior PV Physicians.

In Short

• Review and approve post-marketing ICSR and SAE reports.
• Support the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance.
• Review literature for ICSRs/SAEs.
• Prepare Risk Management Plans.
• Respond to regulatory authority requests.
• Review and provide input for Periodic Safety Update Reports.
• Participate in signal detection activities.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior PV Physicians.
• Cooperate in preparation of safety reports.
• Work cross-culturally and cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Medically qualified as a physician.
• Experience in pharmacovigilance.
• Ability to review aggregate report types.
• Expertise in signal detection activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced MS Office literacy.
