Overview

The Senior PV Officer will lead activities ensuring effective cooperation with clients in the area of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR) management, contributing to company goals and objectives.

• Works independently as a clinical case processing subject matter expert.
• Processes Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with regulations.
• Handles SAE/SUSAR management and reconciliation.
• Mentors and trains junior employees.
• Supports pharmacovigilance processes for clients.
• Engages in medical information interaction and database reporting.
• Focuses on personal data protection and product quality complaint handling.
• Collaborates with the RA & PV Network Department as needed.

Requirements

• Life science graduate or related qualification.
• 3-4 years of experience in pharmacovigilance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Delegation and planning skills.
• Technical proficiency and teamwork orientation.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced MS Office skills.
