Medical Information Associate (Finnish Speaking) - Remote

Overview

PrimeVigilance is looking for a Medical Information Associate fluent in English and Finnish to join our growing Medical Information team.

In Short

• Provide approved responses to medical enquiries from external customers.
• Document and report adverse events/side effects and product quality complaints.
• Track and document medical information enquiries within the database.
• Participate in out-of-hours provision of medical information.
• Provide management with updates regarding project status and metrics.
• Assist in departmental regulatory inspection preparedness.

Requirements

• Life science or healthcare related degree.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Comfortable receiving enquiries by phone.
• Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Advanced English and Finnish skills, both verbal and written.
