Overview

The Medical Information Associate will support the Medical Information team by managing inquiries related to adverse events and medical information in both English and French.

In Short

  • Provide responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.

  • Track and document all medical inquiries within the database.
  • Participate in out-of-hours medical information provision.

Requirements

  • Healthcare-related degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, pharmacy).
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Comfortable handling inquiries by phone.
  • Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced English and French skills, both verbal and written.
