Overview

As the ESG & Corporate Officer, you will lead the design, implementation, and governance of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives across our global operations.

In Short

  • Lead the design and implementation of ESG initiatives.
  • Manage collection and reporting of ESG KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain the company-wide ESG policy.
  • Monitor GHG emissions and implement decarbonization plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on ESG strategy.
  • Produce annual ESG and/or Sustainability Reports.
  • Support compliance with ESG-related regulations.
  • Facilitate ESG audits and questionnaires.
  • Engage in community outreach programs.
  • Support non-ESG projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability.
  • Experience with sustainability reporting regulations.
  • Familiarity with GHG emissions reporting.
  • Strong strategic thinking and policy development skills.
  • Data analytics proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Regulatory and ethical compliance knowledge.
