Overview

This position involves supporting an international company in the energy sector, working closely with high-level decision-makers to efficiently manage and develop corporate processes.

In Short

• Coordinate and accompany board meetings and implement resolutions.
• Organize and support supervisory board meetings and committees.
• Advise departments on the development and approval of corporate-wide policies.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual financial reports for the supervisory board.
• Continuously optimize processes and systems in the corporate office environment.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in law, business, or communication sciences.
• Several years of professional experience with an understanding of economic and business contexts.
• Familiarity with corporate decision-making processes.
• Experience working with board members and executives.
• Strong communication skills and discretion.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented work style.
• Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level).
