Hybrid Youth Talent Development Specialist / Business Service Consultant - Remote

Overview

This role focuses on providing employment services and support to young adults while developing community relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

In Short

• Provide employment services to young adults (16-24).
• Maintain accurate participant documentation.
• Assess participant needs to set educational and employment goals.
• Communicate effectively with participants and community members.
• Conduct program orientations and workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field.
• Two years of experience with targeted populations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrated understanding of youth-adult partnerships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Case management or career development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of workforce center operations (WIOA, TANF, SNAP).
• Understanding of the needs of disadvantaged individuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite.
