Change and Release Management Analyst - Remote

Overview

The IT Change and Release Management Analyst will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and overseeing all aspects of the change and release management process, ensuring that changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits while minimizing risk to the IT infrastructure and services.

In Short

• Evaluate and coordinate changes across IT systems.
• Review and assess change requests for impact and feasibility.
• Schedule and conduct Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Develop and manage release schedules and plans.
• Coordinate release deployments with Application Development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Change and Release Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Experience with Change Management and ITSM software tools.
• Experience in a large-scale IT environment.
