Overview

This role involves leading the Global Sales Support team to enhance Salesforce productivity and efficiency while working remotely in the CST or EST US timezone.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce Admin experience.
• Sales Support or Operations experience.
• Fluency in Google applications.
• Understanding of Microsoft Excel PIVOT tables.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical and judgment skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or SAP is a plus.
