Overview

LivePerson is seeking an experienced and process-driven Sales Process Manager to own and optimize our global sales processes. This critical role will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by refining processes, ensuring consistency and adoption across geographies and customer segments, and optimizing the use of sales tools.

In Short

  • Oversee, refine, and continuously improve the sales process.
  • Develop standardized workflows and best practices for opportunity management.
  • Drive consistency and adoption of sales processes across regions.
  • Evaluate and manage the sales tool stack.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement teams for effective execution.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and revenue operations.
  • Establish and track KPIs for sales processes.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on process improvements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of sales processes with back-office systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or sales process management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales process improvements.
  • Salesforce experience is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools like LeadIQ and Outreach.
  • Expertise in designing scalable sales processes.
  • Adept at identifying inefficiencies and creating solutions.
  • Strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
