Global Payroll Manager - Remote

Overview

LivePerson is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Global Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across multiple countries. This role will manage the day-to-day processing, ensure compliance with local regulations, and serve as a trusted partner to employees and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of payroll experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations across regions.
• Experience managing payroll in a Global Technology SaaS organization.
• Experience with global payroll systems.
• Strong advanced skills in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• CPP, GPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
