• Manage payroll across U.S. and international locations.
• Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Ensure accurate and seamless execution of payroll processes.
• Act as the primary contact for payroll inquiries from international employees.
• Manage vendor relationships for payroll services.
• Prepare payroll journal entries in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Maintain compliance with payroll regulations.
• Optimize payroll processes for efficiency.
• Support Finance with audit requests and reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of payroll management experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation across multiple states.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll software (ADP preferred).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with year-end payroll processes.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in managing vendor relationships.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.
