Overview

The Pre-Sales Manager plays a key role in the sales cycle by ensuring the liaison between sales teams, clients, and internal teams (production, R&D). They contribute to the success of tenders, client evolution projects, version upgrades, and migrations of existing applications.

  • Assist sales teams in negotiations.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of software, SaaS environments, and hosting concepts.
  • Understanding of IT security issues.
  • Mastery of GDPR principles and legal obligations related to personal data.
  • Curiosity and proactivity in exploring new solutions.
  • Ability to work in a team with various departments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients.
  • Rigorous, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Significant experience in a similar role in software publishing.
  • Education in IT, project management, or related field.
  • Good written and oral communication in French and English.
