Forwarding/Impound Division Manager - Remote

Overview

The Forwarding/Impound Division Manager will lead the MVTrac-MVRecovery Forwarding and Impound Divisions, focusing on maximizing efficiencies and enhancing client and agent experiences.

In Short

• Direct and lead the Forwarding and Impound Divisions.
• Train, mentor, and coach staff for maximum efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities.
• Act as the main contact for escalated issues.
• Assess department performance and create benchmarking.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop training materials and maintain documentation.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training.
• Coordinate and set up large sums of information.
• Work remotely from anywhere in the US.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Automotive Finance, Collections, or Repossession.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm or higher.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred.
• Automotive industry or collection/repossession experience preferred.
