Overview

The Channel Sales Executive at Motorola Solutions is responsible for managing relationships with channel partners and driving sales initiatives for video security and access control products within the assigned territory.

In Short

  • Develop new business with end customers through partner channels.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and project quotas focused on Avigilon products.
  • Promote Avigilon’s products in the assigned territory.
  • Create and manage a healthy sales funnel.
  • Conduct sales calls and track sales activities.
  • Work with marketing teams for end-user engagement opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM data for account development.
  • Strong technical acumen required.
  • Ability to travel within the territory up to 50% of the time.
  • Establish trusted relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience with physical security solutions is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of channel strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Functional understanding of Microsoft and Google Apps.
  • Exceptional presentation skills required.
  • Ability to forecast revenue accurately.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Having an established client base in the territory is a plus.
