Overview

The Senior Vice President, Enterprise, is a key leadership role within the Global Client Engagement organization at Ensono, responsible for overseeing the Enterprise base accounts line of business. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our enterprise clients.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Enterprise base.
  • Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client engagement professionals.
  • Work closely with sales, product, operations, and other internal teams.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Manage the financial performance of the Enterprise line of business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in client engagement, sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the managed services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
