In Short

• Own the end-to-end contracting capability within ENSEK's Energy Orchestration System.
• Manage terms, renewals, termination, and contract lifecycle events.
• Drive internationalisation of contracting capabilities across regulatory jurisdictions.
• Champion the integration of AI across contracting processes.
• Make evidence-based prioritisation decisions using AI-powered tools.
• Define and track key product outcomes using dashboards and data.
• Work closely with upstream and downstream teams for seamless integration.
• Build long-term stakeholder relationships with regulatory and compliance teams.
• Create and maintain a prioritised roadmap, drafting PRDs and specifications.
• Deliver measurable improvements in B2B, export, and time-of-use contract coverage.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in contracting, agreements, or subscription management within a SaaS platform.
• Experience scaling a product across multiple markets or regulatory jurisdictions.
• Strong track record of using AI and data to drive product decisions.
• Ability to make autonomous, data-informed product decisions.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Practitioner-level Agile knowledge with experience in delivery ceremonies.
• Experience in industries with complex contracting requirements.
• Comfortable with technical concepts like APIs and compliance logic.
• Experience with compliance-driven product requirements is desirable.
