Product Manager (Contract) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for the full product life cycle as well as planning and organizing tasks related to the development and growth of the applications supported.

In Short

• Lead all activities related to the development and support of the assigned products.
• Manage new product launches for specific product areas.
• Provide client assistance and troubleshoot application-related issues.
• Participate in diagnosing problems and ensure resolutions.
• Manage projects throughout the software development life cycle.
• Document user guides, use cases, workflows, and testing plans.
• Maintain product roadmap and create requirements for enhancements.
• Provide support for sales activities including presentations and demos.
• Participate in special projects and inter-departmental assignments.
• Available for off-hours/weekend coverage as needed.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Knowledge of the US or Canadian Brokerage business.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
