Overview

Broadridge is seeking a temporary Retirement Plan Manager to manage and administer retirement benefits, ensuring optimal delivery and compliance while supporting associates' financial well-being.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive benefits experience.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with benefits administration platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High level of discretion with confidential material.
