Overview

The Head of Engineering will lead the transformation of ENSEK's core SaaS platform, driving technical direction and fostering a high-performing engineering culture.

Requirements

• Senior engineering leadership experience in SaaS or high-growth environments.
• Experience leading 40–60+ engineers through managers and leads.
• Proven track record of modernising engineering organisations.
• Strong partnership history with Product teams.
• Experience with platform evolution and large-scale transformation.
• Deep understanding of modern engineering practices.
