In Short

• Build trustworthy, long-term relationships with VNBs.
• Manage your VNBs end-to-end from acquisition to live activation in the VPP.
• Plan, coordinate, and report all activities with clear responsibilities, deadlines, and KPIs.
• Conduct all touchpoints with the VNB, both remotely and on-site.
• Moderate technical and process discussions pragmatically and solution-oriented.
• Orchestrate internal teams (Legal, Tech, Ops) to ensure everything fits together.
• Think through processes with VNBs and us, bringing concrete improvement suggestions.
• Actively drive regulatory topics with a focus on feasibility.
• Develop tools, templates, and guidelines for scalability.

Requirements

• Experience in project management with external partners, ideally in energy, consulting, or administration.
• Empathetic yet clear leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with safe management of deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups.
• Ability to communicate at all levels - technical, legal, operational.
• Team player with drive, capable of internal motivation.
• Desire for responsibility - you manage projects, not the other way around.
• Proficient with tools like Notion, Airtable, or CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel to make real progress with VNBs.
