• Analyze learning needs and develop targeted development programs for leaders.
• Create effective learning formats including E-Learning, in-person training, and coaching.
• Enhance leadership skills through practical training on communication, feedback, and leadership attitudes.
• Support teams through change processes with your development measures.

• Design soft skill training for sales teams to strengthen the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Psychology, Education, Business Administration with a focus on HR, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Learning & Development, particularly in Leadership Training.
• Experience in training, program development, and possibly coaching.
• Familiarity with modern learning methods and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both group and individual settings.
• Empathy and assertiveness with the ability to drive initiatives.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment is a plus.
