Overview

As a Key Account Manager at Enpal, you will be responsible for onboarding new sales partners and supporting them from initial contact to successful contract signing, while also managing existing partners to ensure their continuous success.

  • Onboard new sales partners and their sales teams.

  • Maintain professional relationships with local partner leaders.

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience, with openness to learn about PV sales.
  • Strong self-motivation and resilience in challenging situations.
  • A passionate coach who enjoys developing others.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with partners and customers.
  • Fluent in German, with additional languages like Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian being a plus.
