Overview

JOIN is a fast-growing HR tech startup in Europe, focused on democratizing recruiting through partnerships and integrations with job platforms.

In Short

  • Acquire new partners to expand the network in DACH and Europe.
  • Main contact for job board partners, resolving questions and issues.
  • Negotiate purchase contracts and partnership agreements.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Refine processes within the partnership cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketplace and sales teams for product marketing.
  • Work with engineering to support new integrations.

Requirements

  • Articulate communicator with negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset using data for decision-making.
  • Understanding of business models and identifying synergies.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • 1-5 years in Business Development, Partnership, or Sales.
  • Fluent in English and German; other European languages are a plus.
  • Growth mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Responsible and reliable in delivering projects on time.
  • Familiar with startup environments and adaptable to change.
