  • Cultivate strategic relationships with customers to enhance their outcomes.
  • Shape strategic initiatives that drive growth within Customer Success.
  • Deliver actionable insights and growth metrics through reporting and meetings.
  • Develop and execute growth-oriented account plans.
  • Champion customer needs and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success or account management.
  • Skilled at building strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
  • Strong growth mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
  • Thrives in dynamic, startup environments.
