Overview

As a member of our Account Management & Customer Success team, you will thrive on your ability to embrace and drive change and your commitment to ensuring you and PitchBook are always growing and improving.

In Short

  • Act as primary point of contact for ongoing partnership relationships.
  • Identify growth opportunities to expand use of PitchBook content.
  • Work collaboratively with Partnerships and Direct Data leaders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with quarterly business reviews.
  • Think strategically about each partner and their end customer.
  • Work with Direct Data engineering team for optimal data sets.
  • Track partnership opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Define requirements for reports and dashboards.
  • Create sales enablement materials with Marketing team.
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience.
  • Experience with investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
  • Familiarity with partnership licensing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
