Overview

Enova is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join our team! In this role on Enova’s People Team, you will be contributing to the design, administration, and analysis of our compensation programs, as well as supporting our health, welfare, and retirement benefits processes.

In Short

  • Join a two-person compensation team.
  • Manage core compensation programs and pay structures.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and practices.
  • Support monthly commission calculations.
  • Assist with the annual compensation review process.
  • Manage data integration for 401k and HSA programs.
  • Provide guidance on health and welfare programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Document processes clearly.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a compensation role.
  • Solid understanding of core compensation principles.
  • Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday HCM.
  • Exposure to sales incentive plans preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data for decision making.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience explaining complex topics clearly.
